Programs are available for both men and women, with women’s plans including a glute-focused approach in each program design. With each program, it is structured to improve body composition while helping you achieve your fitness goals.
Every exercise includes a demo video to ensure proper form, maximize results, and keep you progressing safely.

Built for those who want maximum muscle with a clear, structured approach. You’ll train each muscle 2 times per week with progressive overload and a split with options ranging from 3–6 days.

Full Body Daily Split
Consistent + Simple
Designed for consistency and simplicity without sacrificing results. You’ll train your entire body each session with balanced volume, with options ranging from 3–6 days per week.

Strength & Conditioning
Power + Engine
For those who want to look strong and perform even better. You’ll combine lifting with metabolic conditioning, sprints, and circuits, with 3–6 day options to build muscle, strength, and work capacity.

Longevity
Aesthetics + Performance
Built to optimize how your body performs now and decades from now. You’ll combine strength training with Zone 2 and VO₂ max work, with 4–6 day options to support heart health, recovery, and long-term performance.

Our Meal Plans
Fuel your results with a customized nutrition approach built around your goals, lifestyle, and schedule. Choose a personalized meal plan or use our Food Diary Macro Calculator to track your calories, macros, and meals using targets we create and adjust for you. With options like Animal-Based, Carnivore, and Whole Foods, everything is designed to support your energy, physique, performance, and overall progress.

Carnivore Diet
Meat, fish, eggs, dairy, avocado only. Maximizes nutrient density, reduces inflammation, and simplifies eating. Best if you want a simple plan, struggle with gut issues or cravings, perform well low-carb, and want aggressive fat loss.

Animal Based Diet
Meat, fish, eggs, dairy plus fruit, honey, and maple syrup. Combines nutrient density with clean carbs for energy, performance, and recovery. Best if you train hard, want strength + aesthetics, and prefer a balanced, optimized approach.

Whole Food Diet
Most flexible option, it includes animal-based foods plus potatoes, rice, and vegetables. Focuses on real, unprocessed foods while maximizing flexibility and sustainability. Best if you want variety, long-term adherence, and structure without restriction.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose Your Program
Decide whether you need a custom meal plan, a tailored training program, or both. Each plan is designed specifically for your needs, helping you eat right and train effectively based on your lifestyle and goals.
2. Sign Up & Pay
Once you've selected your program, complete the sign-up process and payment to unlock full access to your custom plan.
You will not be charged until after your 7 day free trial.
3. Download the App & Get Started
After signing up, download the APEX Fitness app and log in. Your personalized meal plan, training program, or both will be waiting for you in the app, ready to guide you step by step.
4. Optional: 1-on-1 Coaching
While the app provides everything you need to start your fitness journey, 1-on-1 coaching offers even more. With this added feature, you'll get personalized guidance, ongoing feedback, and the accountability to stay on track. It’s perfect if you want extra support and adjustments tailored specifically to your progress.
