Programs are available for both men and women, with women’s plans including a glute-focused approach in each program design. With each program, it is structured to improve body composition while helping you achieve your fitness goals.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose Your Program
Decide whether you need a custom meal plan, a tailored training program, or both. Each plan is designed specifically for your needs, helping you eat right and train effectively based on your lifestyle and goals.
2. Sign Up & Pay
Once you've selected your program, complete the sign-up process and payment to unlock full access to your custom plan.
You will not be charged until after your 7 day free trial.
3. Download the App & Get Started
After signing up, download the APEX Fitness app and log in. Your personalized meal plan, training program, or both will be waiting for you in the app, ready to guide you step by step.
4. Optional: 1-on-1 Coaching
While the app provides everything you need to start your fitness journey, 1-on-1 coaching offers even more. With this added feature, you'll get personalized guidance, ongoing feedback, and the accountability to stay on track. It’s perfect if you want extra support and adjustments tailored specifically to your progress.
